Küçükaslan Tekstil is a family-owned underwear manufacturer based in Kağıthane, Istanbul, producing since 1924. We develop and manufacture men's underwear for private-label brands, retailers and D2C labels across Europe and North America.
Everything in this catalogue is a production-ready block. Pick a silhouette, choose a fabric, add your waistband and packaging, and we take it from sample to shipped cartons under one roof, with our own quality control at every stage.

All silhouettes are available in every fabric on page 10 and in any colour to Pantone reference. Legs, rise and pouch construction are adjusted to your fit specification.
Trunk
Short leg, low to mid rise. Contour pouch, covered elastic waistband. The core block for fashion colours, prints and multipacks.
Boxer Brief
Mid-length leg with flat seams and a supportive pouch. Available as a longer 6-inch leg for performance and essentials programmes.
Loose Boxer
Relaxed knit boxer short with button fly or plain front, soft exposed or enclosed waistband. Ideal for 100% cotton and GOTS programmes.
Multipack
2-, 3- and 5-pack assortments of any silhouette, mixing solids and prints. Delivered in your printed box, sleeve or polybag, ready for shelf.
Solid colours
Shown in cotton/elastane jersey. Colours are indicative; production is matched to your Pantone or lab dip. Contrast or tonal waistband on every style.
Prints & patterns
All-over rotary, digital or sublimation prints on trunk and boxer-brief blocks. Bring your artwork or select from our seasonal print library.
Assortments, packed for shelf
Multipacks are built from any block in this catalogue. We fold, band, box and barcode to your retail specification.
2-, 3- and 5-packs from any block. Mix solids and prints, or run tonal families. Component colours count towards the 1,000-piece minimum.
Essentials
The everyday programme: black, navy, white and grey in cotton/elastane or modal, with flat seams and a contoured pouch.
Standard mid leg and longer 6-inch leg. Rise, leg opening and pouch depth graded to your fit block.
SizesXS to 4XL. Size labels printed inside or woven, to your artwork.
Modal programme
Our own house-brand development in modal/elastane jersey, photographed in our Istanbul studio. Shown with house waistband; produced with yours.
Soft hand, high colour depth, low pilling and excellent shape recovery. Available as standard modal, MicroModal® and TENCEL™ Modal from Lenzing with fibre certification on request.
Built to be worn daily and washed weekly.
Flatlock and coverstitch construction on leg and pouch seams. No ridges against the skin.
Shaped front panel with clean centre seam or seam-free pouch, to your block.
Brushed-back jacquard elastic, 30 to 40 mm, with your logo woven in. Stays flat after washing.
Fabric inspection on arrival, in-line checks at each sewing station, 100% final inspection, then packing audit before cartons close.

Every silhouette can be produced in any fabric below. Weights are set per programme; typical range 160 to 220 gsm. Fabric swatch cards are sent with the first sample.
